Recipe

Butter                  290g

Brown sugar      170g

Sugar                   290g

Flour                    352g

Cocoa powder    85g

Vanilla powder  7.5g

Baking soda        1.5g

Salt                        2.5g

Eggs whole          5 Nos

Dark chocolate crushed or chopped   170g

Chocolate chips  as required 

 

Brownies

Methods

First, mix brown sugar, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla powder, eggs, baking soda, salt in the butter and mix it slowly.

After the mixture is ready, add flour, dark chocolate chips, chocolate chips and mix again slowly.

Line a deep tray with butter paper. Brush with butter the sides of the tray so that the brownies not lean on the wall.

Pour the prepared brownie mixture into the tray and equal to tray.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.  Place the brownies in the oven for about 20 minutes.  Check the brownies with a toothpick to see if they are done. If the toothpick comes out clean, you know the brownie is done.

After the brownie cools down, cut it into the shape you like and serve.
