Ingredients
225 g Caster sugar
300g Plain flour (sifted)
200 g Butter melted (Room temprature)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
5g Baking powder
A pinch of salt To test
1 Nos Egg
Make 25 g balls and keep inside chiller for 20 minutes.

Method
Add the prepared ingredients, flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, salt to the food processor and mix slowly at first. After mixing all the ingredients well, stir for about 5 minutes. However, dough can be prepared by mixing the ingredients manually in a steel bowl.

You can also add the chocolate chips at this stage if you’re making chocolate chips cookies adding by 100 g brown sugar and 100 g chocolate chips.
Put a butter paper onto a baking tray. Take some of the dough, roll into ball, size of 25 grams. Keep them on the small side as they spread out during baking. Also, keep cookies ball at two inches close to each.

Place in the oven and bake at 160C°, for 18-20 minutes. When cookies becomes golden brown keep out from an oven and allow them cold. After 10 minutes, your cookies will be ready to serve.
