Creamy Beef Linguini |
Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil - 1Tbsp
- Low fat minced meat- 400 gms
- Garlic crushed- 20 gms
- Water - 250 ml
- Chicken stock- As required
- Linguini pasta(Boilled)- 250 gms
- Cream -150 ml
- Grated Cheese - 50 gms
- Parsley chopped-5 gms
- Permesan cheese-25 gms (optional)
Preparing methods:
- Heat vegetable oil in saucepan and saute minced beef then onions until beef is fully cooked.
- Add garlic,water and chicken stock and simmer heat for 5 minutes.
- Cook pasta in boiling water,drain and add to pan, tossing with beef and sauce .
- Add cream,cheese and parsley and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
