Bon recipe

420 g all purpose flour
170 g water luke warm
28 g butter
1 large egg
50 g sugar
1 1/4 t-sp salt
1 T-sp (9) g Yeast
# 43 g butter glaze melted
# sesame seeds for topping
# 1 white egg within 2 Tbsp cold water
Methods
1- Prepare all ingredients by weighting.
2- Mix all dough mixture and knead by dough mixture or by hand.
3- Cover the dough by smooth cloth untill it nearly doubled in a bulk, about 1 to 2 hours.
4-  Gently deflate the dough divide into 6 pieces or as your choice.
5 Place bon into baking shits, cover and let rise untill puffy. Keep aside about a hour. Preheat the oven  to 370 °F.
5- Brush the bons about half of melted butter. Brush white egg over the bons and top the seeds.
6- Bake the bons about 15- 18 minutes or untill golden brown. Remove them from oven and brush with remaining butter.
